How it works

Four steps, start to scan.

  1. 01

    Capture the sample

    Guided forms walk through design number, warp, weft, blend composition, GSM, GLM and dimensions. Free text stays confined to a single notes field, and the composition rows must sum to 100 before the record will save.

  2. 02

    Branch into colourways

    Add as many variants as the design carries. Each variant receives a unique MPN, a dedicated sticker and its own public spec URL, all linked back to the parent construction.

  3. 03

    Print the sticker

    A print-faithful label with the full spec and a QR the size of a thumbnail. Send it to a label printer, an office A4 or straight to PDF.

  4. 04

    Scan on the floor

    Any phone camera opens the variant's spec page. Merchants, mill supervisors and buyers all see the same live record, no download required.
